• 50% advance payment required for booking
• Remaining 50% due 30 days before the event.
• Refundable cautionary deposit is due 30 days before the event
• No refunds on cancellations. No exceptions.
• The customer is responsible for the behavior and actions of all the guests that come to their event. In case there is any damage to the property ori llegal activity detected in the premises, the customer will be asked to stop the event right away and ACT security will escort the customer and their guests out of the premises of the property immediately. No illegal activities will be tolerated by ACT.

Our staff will walk you through a pre-event inspection to ensure that all amenities are available and working as expected. Any existing damages will be noted down in the pre-inspection report. The keys will be hand over to you 4 hours before the event.
